AutoPoll
Automatically synchronize your TimeSource software with your data terminals by using the TimeSource Autopoll Module. Autopoll allows you to set a specific time-of-day to download your data from your TimeCalculator terminals. By using Autopoll configured by time-of-day you can have your PC download remote sites at off-peak times to avoid disturbing your daily operations. You can also use Autopoll to automatically synchronize your PC and data terminals at a preset interval, such as every 10 minutes. When using Autopoll configured to poll by interval your system will always be updated with the latest information collected at the clock.
Custom Rounding
Do you have specific needs for rounding the punch times of your employees? Custom rounding allows you to extend the rounding functions of TimeSource beyond the preset rounding windows. You can set separate rounding parameters for In punches and Out punches. This powerful tool can handle all of your rounding needs.
Custom Hours
Do you credit or debit the hours your employees work based upon your work guidelines? Some companies allow employees to get paid for a minimum of 4 hours if they are called in to work, others enforce a maximum paid lunch time that becomes non-paid if the maximum is exceeded. This module can shape your calculation rules to enforce the above rules and many, many more.
